REPORT ON POOR AIRTEL NETWORK COVERAGE IN TSAGWA, JIBANA LOCATION, KALOLENI SUB-COUNTY Date: 12 June 2026 To: Airtel Kenya Customer Care Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Airtel Network Coverage Affecting Airtel Home and Office Internet Services I, Kelvin Rasi Ngao, wish to formally report the poor Airtel network coverage in Tsagwa Area, Jibana Location, Kaloleni Sub-County, Kilifi County. Although my contact number is 0111656768 (Safaricom), I am an Airtel Internet customer using Smart Connect Home and Office WiFi. I have been experiencing serious challenges with the service due to weak and unstable Airtel network coverage in the area. The poor network signal has caused the WiFi device to operate very slowly, making it difficult to browse the internet, access online services, communicate effectively, and carry out daily activities that depend on a stable internet connection. At times, the connection becomes extremely slow or unavailable, affecting both personal and business use. This problem has persisted for some time and has greatly inconvenienced users who rely on Airtel network services in Tsagwa and the surrounding areas. Improved network coverage would significantly enhance the quality of Airtel Internet services and customer satisfaction. I kindly request Airtel Kenya to investigate the network challenges in Tsagwa, Jibana Location, and take the necessary measures to strengthen network coverage and improve service reliability in the area. Your prompt intervention and feedback on this matter will be highly appreciated.
